Dear Great Neck North High School students and families,
It is an absolute honor and privilege to introduce myself as the new Principal of Great Neck North High School. Tuesday, July 1, 2025, officially marked my first day serving in this new role. Over the past few weeks, and a few short visits, I have been overwhelmed by the tremendous amount of support from our distinguished members of the Board of Education, Dr. Bossert, district administration, faculty, staff, families, and most importantly our students. I am humbled and truly grateful for their positive words of kindness and encouragement.
As you may be aware, I come to Great Neck Public Schools with eight years of experience as administrator, most recently earning tenure as a principal at Elwood-John H. Glenn High School. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on fostering the academic success of all students, while also prioritizing their mental, emotional, and social well-being. I assure you, this commitment to our students' holistic development remains steadfast as we embark on this journey of discovering greatness together at North High.
It is my plan to continue the trajectory of distinction that this great school and community has been traveling on since it opened its doors in 1929. Student voice and perspective, along with a strong partnership with our parents and community members, are key components to the success of this plan. I am excited to learn the Great Neck way, and I am confident that I will be able to bring my own expertise and experiences to the table as we continue the race towards excellence and beyond.
